Through an Akashic Records–inspired approach, the session explores deeper relational themes, behavioural patterns, beliefs, and emotional dynamics that may be influencing the relationship.
It invites contemplation of questions such as:
Why do we continue to encounter the same conflicts? What patterns are repeatedly manifesting? Which beliefs or past experiences may be shaping our responses? Why do I react in particular ways? What is this relationship revealing or teaching me? What can I consciously release, and where can greater understanding and communication emerge?
The intention is not to assign blame or determine who is right or wrong. Rather, it is to cultivate awareness, personal accountability, emotional insight, and conscious choice.
A Conscious Threshold for Renewal
The symbolism of 10/10 represents an opportunity to acknowledge an existing chapter while consciously establishing a new direction. The session is intended to illuminate areas where transformation may be possible, while recognising that no spiritual practice can guarantee another person’s behaviour, emotions, return, or commitment. Meaningful relational change ultimately requires the participation and choices of those involved.
The session may support reflection, emotional processing, greater clarity, and intentional change. For some, this may create space for reconnection and improved communication. For others, it may illuminate personal truths, necessary boundaries, or a clearer understanding of what they genuinely desire.
A new beginning does not require erasing the past. It means integrating its lessons without remaining imprisoned by them.
